MicroMax – Flexographic Rotary Printer
Greydon revolutionizes multi-color in-line printing with the MicroMax series of flexographic rotary printers. This Patented technology combines the best of Rotary print quality with the simplicity and design of the platen press.
The design and print orientation allows for exact print registration and precise two-color alignment. The MicroMax also features removable Teflon-coated circulating inking systems with bottle feed for quick color changes and fast and easy end-of-day clean-ups.

- One or two color printing, with low cost per print.
- Crossweb print orientation - the servo-driven print drum is rolled across the material web while the parent machine is stationary. This creates a more compact system and enhances print position accuracy.
- Safe water-based inks produce excellent print quality with no harmful substances to worry about.
- The ink fountain and anilox roll one complete unit, allowing easy fountain removal in less than 30 seconds for cleaning or color change.
