DigiMax DigiMax is a high-resolution wet ink digital printer Introduction: DigiMax is a single color digital wet ink printer capable of printing on porous substrates such as paper and tyvek. DigiMax can be adapted to both continuous motion and intermittent motion packaging machines and converting machines. DigiMax meets the demand of 100% coverage on packages. Quality: DigiMax prints at 180 or 360 dpi without contacting the substrate. Technology: DigiMax uses Piezo drop on demand technology Packaging Machines: DigiMax is designed to print on single and multi lane form fill and seal packaging machines such as Tiromat, Multivac, Colimatic, Ulma and MDC Engineering packaging machines. Software: DigiMax is equipped with both USB and Ethernet ports and is easily networked. Print area: The print width is from 100mm to 715 mm. The print length is 1000 mm in the index direction. Speed: 50 meters per minute or approx 160 feet per minute. Economy: DigiMax is the most economical digital printer available. Compared to Thermal Ink Jet and Thermal Transfer printing the operating costs are anywhere from one-tenth to one-twentieth the cost. The ink comes in the form of a 1 litre container and is changed very quickly without having to shut down the printer. Colors available: Black, Cyan Blue, Magenta and Yellow.
